Discription of Spin Casting Silicon

Spin casting silicon A is in red, mainly used for making arts & crafts, toys models,etc., its touching with the products  directly. Disc silicone B is in yellow which is under A. We fix the original products on the disc silicone A, two pieces of A up and down to contact with the products, B respectively, will be attached to disc silicone A on the following, then put the A and B silicone and the product together into the mold frame, then pressurized them both above and below. The temperature of the pressing machine generally is 160180, it can be demold within 30 mins. We make a circle of  diameter of 30mm at the center as injection hole, then inject the liquid lead zinc alloy with temeprature of 300350 to the mold in centrifuges way, products will be produced out through the switch power of centrifuges.

It mainly use for making lead zinc alloy products, like jewellery, fishhook, hanging ornament, bracelet, etc.
