Silicon rubber for molding making is primarily intended for poly resin crafts,PU

2.Silicon rubber for mold making features

Silicon rubber for mold making is white or red flowing liquid with general

hardness of 22-50A°after curing. Molding silicon rubber is a kind elastic

silicon rubber mold which features with resistance to deformation,

high-temperature, acid-alkali and expansion as well as high reproduction times,

good tensile strength ,tear strength and elongation.

RTV-2 SILICONE RUBBER FOR MANUAL MOLD

a.The manual molding silicon advantage:   

The manual molding silicon is mainly applicable to manual molds and small number

of product duplication.with all kinds of samples.and the curing agent is free.

b.The mannual molding silicon application:

The manual molding silicon rubber is mainly applicable to manual mold design,

PVC plastic molds, cement product molds, melting point alloy molds, alloy toy

craftworks, plastic toy craftworks, gifts and stationery, large statues,

duplication of cultural relics, shoe sole mold fabrication, pad printing

positioning, shock resistance for electronic equipments, etc.

3.The manual molding silicon instruction:

1.The manual molding silicon is applied to small products or products with fine

patterns. The mold  for the fine detailed and small products should be made of

soft silicon to protect the products from easy breaking when demoulding.

2. If large product duplication or fabrication, the mold should be made of

higher hardness silicone rubber so that the products made will not deform.

1.The application of pad prints silicone rubber:

Pad prints silicone rubber with high printing times and

abrasion,resistence,without any inpurites,with good printing effects .

Making the printing pads for plastic toys, craftworks, product printing.

3:The description of pad prints silicone rubber:

The pad prints silicone rubber with the advantages of abrasion resistance, high

temperature resistance, good printing effect, etc. , which made of top-quality

raw material due to adding American Dupont Teflon high-temperature resistance

new material, is processed through high-temperature machining. The product is

mainly applicable to plastics toys, electroplating products, electronic toys,

trademarks and irregular pattern printing. The pad printing silicone rubber is a

carrier which transfer printing the patterns on the steel plate onto the toy

products' surface.

The proportions and reactions of the curing agent and the silicon are listed as

follows:

1. Adding curing agent 1%, the silicone can still be operated within 2.5 hours

and can be demoulded after 6-8 hours.

2. Adding curing agent 2%, the silicone can still be operated within 50 minutes

to 1 hour and can be demoulded after 2-3 hours.

3. Adding curing agent 3%, the silicone can still be operated within 28 - 30

minutes and can be demoulded after 1.5-2 hours.

4. Adding curing agent 4%, the silicone can still be operated within 10 - 15

minutes and can be demoulded after 1 -1.5 hours.
